Can we terraform Mars?

 I agree with Neil Tyson when he said we only need to terraform Mars if Earth becomes inhabitable for some reason.  But if we have the technology to terraform Mars, then we can do the same to the Sahara desert, to Australia, to Siberia, to Antartica, and we basically have solved climate change and everything else.
